After your in house bleaching or after any use of a teeth whitening agent, do not consume anything of color for 48 hours. Avoid food or beverages of color that may affect your bleaching results. After 48 hours of no bleaching agent, the tubules in the teeth will close. Try and drink liquids through a straw. For the best long term results, avoid red wine, iced tea, coffee & soda.
